On Saturday, he invited the members of the Association of Tourist Offices of Macedonia &#8211; Thrace to get to know Velvedo, its beauties, its history, its incomparable nature and its gastronomy.<\/p><p>The educational excursion was attended by members of the Union of Tourist Offices led by President Byron Theologi. Also participating were the President of the Association of Guides of Thessaloniki and Northern Greece Anastasia Gaitanou and members of the Association, IoannaMitaftsi President of the Association of Graduates of the Interdepartmental Graduate Program&#8221;Tourism and Local Development&#8221; of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Kiki Kolatskou of Air Serbia, representative of TCB, journalists and influencers. The delegation was welcomed by the deputy mayor of tourism of the Municipality of Velventos, Thomas Kamkoutis.<\/p><p>The participants toured Velvedo with its beautiful traditional houses, visited the Folklore museum, the environmental education center, the Vogiatzi winery that can be visited and the workshop where the famous Zande touloumbaki are made. They were also given a tour of the two hotels in Velvento.<\/p><p>It was a full day that ended with lunch in a village tavern.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
