Assistance can be requested by contacting the airline or travel agency at least 48 hours before the published departure time of the flight.<br \/>Upon arrival at the airport, Disabled Persons and PRM should present themselves either at the respective airline\u2019s check-in counters or at the airport\u2019s designated PRM point and communicate their arrival to the respective Provider of PRM Assistance Services.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-18be876 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Assistance Dogs<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1f4142b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1f4142b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Where use of a recognized assistance dog is required by a Disabled Person or PRM, this request shall be processed provided that notification to the airline or travel agency has been made at least 48 hours before the published departure time of the flight and in accordance with the applicable regulations regarding the carriage of assistance dogs on board.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-172a395 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"172a395\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cd0ded4 elementor-widget class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">PRM Quality Standards for Thessaloniki \u201cMakedonia\u201d Airport<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0b97afa elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0b97afa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Taking into consideration the stipulations of Regulation (EC) No. 1107\/2006 and ECAC Doc. 30, concerning the rights of disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility (herein below PRM), Thessaloniki \u201cMakedonia\u201d Airport has set the following higher quality standards for the ground assistance of disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility when travelling by air as below:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-44e0adb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"44e0adb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>For Pre-Notified Departing PRM passengers (notification made to Air Carrier\/Agent\/Tour Operator at least 48 hours prior to the published time of departure of their flight)<\/strong><br \/><strong>Upon arrival at the designated point at the airport, once they have made themselves known:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li style=\"text-align: left;\">80% of passengers should wait no longer than <b>10<\/b> min for assistance<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">90% of passengers should wait no longer than\u00a0<strong>15<\/strong>\u00a0min for assistance<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">100% of passengers should wait no longer than\u00a0<strong>20<\/strong>\u00a0min for assistance<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-113a8ac elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"113a8ac\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>For Pre-Notified Arriving PRM passengers (notification made to Air Carrier\/Agent\/Tour Operator at least 48 hours prior to the published time of arrival of their flight)<\/strong><br \/><strong>Assistance should be available at the gate or aircraft side for:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li style=\"text-align: left;\">80% of passengers within<b> 5<\/b> min of \u201con chocks\u201d (aircraft arrival at parking stand)<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">90% of passengers within <b>10 <\/b>min of \u201con chocks\u201d (aircraft arrival at parking stand)<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">100% of passengers within <b>20<\/b> min of \u201con chocks\u201d (aircraft arrival at parking stand)<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-aeead8a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"aeead8a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>For Non Pre-notified Departing PRM passengers (notification made to Air Carrier\/Agent\/Tour Operator less than 48 hours prior to the published time of departure of their flight) <\/strong><strong>Upon arrival at the designated point at the airport, once they have made themselves known:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li style=\"text-align: left;\">80% should wait no longer than <b>25<\/b> min for assistance<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">90% should wait no longer than <b>35<\/b> min for assistance<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">100% should wait no longer than <b>45<\/b> min for assistance<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
