As part of the “Practical Application in the Specialty” course of the “Tourism Management and Economy Executive” department offered on the 4th semester of studies, an educational visit was made to the Tourist Office “Special Tours” aimed at disabled customers. The trainees had the opportunity to talk and be informed by Mrs. Botsoglou Maria for the latest developments in the field and to research the possibilities of an upcoming cooperation. The particularities and management of the specific target group were mentioned as well as the ways of dealing with the particularities of airlines, cruise companies, accommodation and all those involved in the Tourism industry.
